| SB Prosser Resident | I was not satisfied with Mr Taylor's lack of response when told that I had a hot water heater that he just installed less than a month ago and it was leaking water out of the pressure relief valve at quite a substantial rate onto the carpet flooring in the basement.. First he told me he would be by within a day or two, this being a Monday , then after calling him again he told me he wouldn't be able to make before Friday, as Friday evening starts to roll around I call him again and he tells me that he won't be able to make it out until the following Tuesday. really? OH and then he proceeds to tell me that it isn't the pressure relief valve, it needs a dampening tank added onto the system at another 200 to 300 dollars. His answer was to just isolate the water away from the tank. close the valve I guess that means don't use it...! Its always nice to have someone stand behind their work be responsible and do the right thing.........Not! |
| Wayne Brunelle | I called Taylor Plumbing from Oregon on Tuesday asking for Wednesday 9am appointment and service at my Grandview commercial building as a new tenant was having problems with my old sinks and one toilet. Jered the owner replied that either he or his Erik would be at the door at 9am and Erik was there as promised. Erik tested all water fixtures as I requested, replacing two faucets along with hoses as needed and with tightening nuts and bolts and new washers here and there. There has been no follow up calls or complaints from my new tenant so I am enthusiastically giving Taylor Plumbing a FIVE star rating for prompt, courteous, professional work at the quoted price. In this day and age of shoddy work by far too many contractors, it is very refreshing to work with such a professional plumbing outfit as Taylor Plumbing. |
