This company is in bed with the worlds crispiest warranty company. They'll complete the easy small stuff but will call anything the is a bit difficult and time consuming a “pre-existing condition”. In and out in 5 minutes and take your money. If you want honesty and integrity go somewhere else.

I hired West Sound Plumbing to fix a shower/bath on/off valve. I has now been over a week and I still don't have a functioning unit. The plumber left my bathroom a mess and the hot water is not working at all. So far, he's been here 3 times. He'd turn off my water and then disappear for an hour to an hour and a half at a time. When I realized there was no hot water this morning I went under the sink and he hadn't turned the hot water back on. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem and there is still no hot water to the bath. Today is Thursday and I'm closing on my condo sale on Monday. This is causing me no end of stress. Do not hire this company!

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, very professional, pricing was in line with the competition but they sent two guys which means the work went faster then with one so I believe I actually got a rather good deal then. I would recommend then in a heartbeat.
