Ivan Cheung	This company has replaced my ejector pump 3 time in the last 5 years, every time they claim it is caused by tenant. The last time they "replace" the pump , they increase the service fee 50 because they send a second person to help. My tenant told me there is only 1 person really working the job. Then 2 months later the pump fail again. I called a different plumber which confirm there were no new pump installed. I try to work with them to reduce the charge but they put me through collection and force me to pay the full amount. I don't mind paying for work done properly. I have issue to pay for work not being done at all.

I mean look at the PUMP in the photo he added, COVERED IN KITCHEN SICK GREASE FROM HIS TENANTS DUMPING GREASE DOWN SINK! How could that be All Service Plumbing's fault?
