While tearing into my walls for a remodel discovered a water leak. Called Roto-Rooter in the morning and they came out within 4 hours. 30 minutes and done. Quick, easy and I can move forward on closing up the wall to continue remodel. Yeah. Thanks Tim Nelson for your pleasant personality and a job well done. Greatly appreciated

Rich 3257 came to my house to help with a back up. He showed me every thing and made me fill at ease with all the work getting done he was really nice and easy to talk to. Rich had to bring Simba 4117 in the next day. got a temporary fix and scheduled for the next tech to come in. I was every pleased with all the work done so far. I would call again if I needed to. Rich is going to check on use though the whole job and that makes me fill more comfortable. thanks Sheri

Our sump pump died in the middle of the night and our entire downstairs flooded, including our bedroom and office. We called their emergency water damage cleanup crew right after our plumber replaced the pump to see if they could assess the damages and would be able to help us with any of the clean up. We were literally using brooms to try to get the water outside and really needed help. They told us that someone would text us by 2 PM to let us know they were on their way. By 3:30 we had to call to get an ETA, but the person we talked to told us that even though our sump pump has been replaced and the rainwater was no longer flooding onto our house that it would be a "waste of time to send somebody by". NOT HAPPY!!! I will NEVER call Roto Rooter again and will recommend that if anyone needs help in an emergency to not "waste their time" calling Roto rooter!
