Taryn and David went out of their way to help me with the warranty company spending valuable time to assure the company understood the work done. Mason arrived a few minutes early and waited while I secured my dog. He respectfully put on shoe covers before coming in though I wouldn't have minded his shoes. He was great about protecting my carpet while he worked on my gas stove. Mason was very nice to me, considering that the main thing that was causing my problem was battery corrosion how embarrassing! He cleaned everything up and replaced the batteries, but he also showed me how to make sure the battery connections weren't a problem in the future. Then he serviced my stove - cleaning the glass, adjusting the "logs" and "embers", checking the pilot, etc. When he left, I felt like he had listened to me, helped me without judgement, and left my stove looking amazing! First heating company said it might be difficult to find the part needed to repair my older gas fireplace/stove and they would be in touch when they managed to source it. After not hearing from them for 3 months, I finally called LSM who promptly send out a tech, sourced the part within 3 days, and had it up and running within a week.
