Plumbing services by Stack Plumbing Inc in Kirkland, Washington

I would have given a zero star if possible. I call up the number because my colleague had a good experience with stack plumbing which was a family run business. First minute into the call, realized this is new ownership. After much discussion on what they would do on a service call fee at 69, we agreed to schedule same day appointment. It was scheduled for 1-3pm. I get a call at 11:30am from customer service saying that tech is on his way as he had free time. If he can't do now, it has to be some other day. I asked them: Isn't it ridiculous expecting customer leave what s/he is doing and run to attend them? Todd, GM calls me after few minutes and says he can't service me because I was rude. I am glad that this engagement with "All Reds" ended here, if it is so unprofessional with planning, how bad can their work be?

My recent experience with Stack Plumbing restored my faith in service providers! I found Jim Stack and his staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns and promptly addressed them without taking unnecessary time to resolve them. I highly recommend Stack Plumbing to troubleshoot your plumbing issues and handle them to your complete satisfaction! Truth be known, there are two sides to a story when it comes to relying on the rare and few negative reviews some people tend to post.
