| TheLeannansidhe | This would have been a one, but the actual installation of our tub was done well. However, Dale chose his very own tub for us and we didn't get and say in the matter. There was no communication on what he decided we wanted. He just picked a tub out and said he had it. I wish I had insisted on picking out the new tub but who would think a pro would just buy one when its not their house it's going in? The features we wanted are there, but in the worst designed way. It is never a tub I would have ever picked and Dale should not be in business if he assumes everyone will want the same thing he wants. |
