Plumbing services by Nate’s Plumbing Inc in Brush Prairie, Washington

After a disastrous break in our line that left us with no water for 9 days with 3 teenagers in the house, we had several plumbers out to do a line replacement to no avail long story. Nate's came highly recommended, which is now puzzling to me. After showing up almost 3 hours late, the technician said finding the house shut-off should be easy because plumbers are "notoriously lazy". He went under the house to locate our pipe for a temp line they couldn't come back until A WEEK LATER to do the permanent fix, which would have been 16 days without water!. After less than 10 minutes under the house, he came back and said he couldn't find our pipe and he would call the office to see if they could push our permanent repair appointment to an earlier date. We were waiting for 20 minutes for him to return with the news, only to find that he left and never came back! Needless to say, Nate's just lost out on an over 3000 repair. The woman in the office is nice, but I can't trust a man who insults his own profession and then embodies the insult by not doing his job and abandoning his client. We called Sarkinen the next day Saturday and they came right out, went under the house, put in the temp line and will be back 3 days sooner than Nate's to do the repair. This whole experience has been frustrating and to be treated like we don't matter by Nate's crew was just insult to injury. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Found a leak morning...the day before going out of town. Called another plumber but they couldn't fit us in. They recommended Nate's. From first call to completion of job: 90 minutes! They were booked yet they fit us in. I think Debbie heard the desperation in my voice! Thank you for fitting us in. Jim was courteous and professional.
