We just had these fine people out to our home today to fix an issue. I cannot thank them enough! They were ultra responsive, making room for us in their morning schedule before going to another job. They were professional, friendly and I felt their pricing was more than fair. Whew! Thank goodness for Keith and Ferrell Plumbing. We had a shower faucet that got stuck in the open position and had to shut down the water main at 6:30 PM at night. Called Ferrell Plumbing and Keith was there within 40 minutes. He pulled the faulty Kohler cartridge and since Kohlers are rarer did not have one on hand. He drove to my local Home Depot to pick up a new one, returned and had it installed in no time flat. By 9:00 PM I was back in business. The price was very reasonable just the cost of the part and 90 minutes of his time and no emergency charge and he even gave me some great advice on plumbing fixtures. Thank you Keith! You really saved the day!

This company is excellent and came out on a Sunday within one hour once I made the call. Kevin is very thorough and explained everything to me that he was going to do before he troubleshoot the problem. He is very courteous and professional and a perfectionist in ensuring the job is done right the first time. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
