Very poor service. I don't even know where to begin. My warranty company sent this company to my house. The worker clearly had no idea how to plumb, no knowledge of the field, no tools of the trade other than an auger. Tried to fix it with an auger/snake, that didn't work. Then told my warranty company there was a foreign object in the line so the they denied my claim and they get off with the deductible. After complaining to warranty, stating there was no confirmation of a foreign object since no camera was used, they sent another, better, and professional company out, thank the lord. The other company had it fixed within 20 minutes, water flowed like Niagara falls. If your warranty company sets you up with this company, do yourself a favor and call them up and ask for a company that doesn't have 16 reviews on google that are all 1 star out of 5.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They called my wife and told her they would be there in 45 minutes. She got there within that time frame and they had already came and left without calling. Here it is 3 days later, trying to get them to come back out. First American Home Warranty is just as bad!

Time window for coming out was completely wrong. Our first scheduled appt, nobody ever showed up and then the second appt, we were told between 8am-12pm. Didn't come until 1:30pm. Jay was very friendly but whoever the lady is answering the phones and handling appts is very unprofessional. She does not give her name, she hangs up on you, and she does not return phone calls.
