We had a leaking toilet in our office and needed it fixed quickly. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and they arrived within the hour. They quickly and professionally assessed the issue, and were able to fix the toilet on the spot at a fair price. We were even more impressed when we received our invoice via email. They included a breakdown of cost, before and after photos, and a video as well. We will definitely use them again in the future, and we are very comfortable referring them to our own clients for their plumbing needs.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with our Mr. Rooter field technician Travis. After being out of the country for three years and returning Saturday our 74 gallon, 9 year old water heater was leaking slowly from the purge valve. I researched our water heater which was huge for our 1400 sq ft townhome and it only had a 6 year warranty. We called and within 20 minutes Travis showed up to diagnose the issue and would have gladly replaced only the valve without issue but he let us know that they couldn't warranty the work because our heater was way beyond its warranty period. So we had him replace the whole water heater with a smaller 50 gallon. He and his partner were done in probably less than an hour. No fuss, everything was smooth and everything fit. Our water seems to even flow better now. We're definitely going to call Travis and Mr. Rooter for our sink and water filtration system. Thank you Travis and Mr. Rooter! Top notch work!

We have used Mr. Rooter for installation of a whole-house water filter, water softener, and just recently for a new water heater. The best things about this business is their responsiveness and overall customer service. I am very happy with the water filter and softener. I can't really comment about the value, because I am pretty sure that we could have spent less, but their service was so phenomenal that I didn't even check. When we decided on a whole-house filter, my husband didn't want to attempt installing it himself, and I could not find another plumber to do it. It can be so frustrating trying to get someone to even answer their phone or return a call, let alone come out and do the work even companies we had dealt with already!. For me, it's worth it to pay possibly a little more to get the kind of service that Mr. Rooter has been providing. We have a 3-year service agreement with them, which allows us to get a discount and preferential scheduling. I would recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs.
