They came out in January to inspect our home, and told us that they would give us an estimate within 4 weeks. We didn't hear back in that time, and so we called to check to see if the estimate was ready, and were told that someone would be in contact with us soon. A month later we called again, but to no avail - they again told us they'd get back to us. It is now April and we still have not heard back from them. All this was only for a cost estimate - we cannot imagine giving Cox our business to take on an actual project, let alone in a timely manner. |
