Great service. Thomas, as usual, responded promptly to my request. Rodney, his employee, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and determined the problem within a matter of minutes. He also took the time to service my furnace which Thomas installed nearly 2 years ago. The company also installed a Whole House Generator for me last fall which I am extremely happy with. I am very satisfied with Premium Home Services and will call on them for all plumbing, heating, electrical work or consultations. Highly recommended.

Tom came out promptly on a Saturday afternoon. He was super helpful and laid out several options for us and explained everything. Great job! Wish more pros were as good as Premium.

Davy was here promptly at 8:00. He checked my furnace thoroughly and explained clearly the maintenance that it needed. He also called my home warranty company to find if they would cover any of the needed maintenance. This was obviously a call that he wasn't obligated to make. He spent two hours explaining my options to me, taking pictures of my issues and making sure I understood the importance of correcting these issues. I so appreciate his expertise, his patience and his kindness in going beyond expectations. He was professional in every way and I would highly recommend him and his work.
