I had Jeremy and Chaz arrived at my house within the hour to diagnose and give an estimate within 10 minutes. They were willing to do the job right then and there, but we decided to get it started first thing in the morning. Customer service, knowledgeable, and professionalism is the best way to describe these two technicians. The job was done within 5 hours and looked fantastic. It's good to know there are still people that take pride in their craft. Will definitely be doing business with A1 again.
Ron Freeland	For the price to replace an external faucet I was expecting a professional job!! Contacted company last Thursday and appointment made for Saturday. Technician made contact Saturday morning and stated they were very busy and might arrive that afternoon. No other communications until Sunday at 3:30PM, at which time new appointment made for Tuesday. As displayed in the attached pictures, the old faucet was mounted against the siding and the new faucet was installed protruding about one inch from the siding with some installation tubing wrapped around. Would not recommend A1 American, poor workmanship.
