My pilot light blew out and when my igniter wasn't working to get it re-lit, I attempted to remove the cap so I could use a grill lighter to try to relight it. Unfortunately I couldn't get the last two screws out of the cap to gain full access to the pilot light and ended up having to call AA Repair to come out for an emergency service call on a Sunday afternoon when most places are closed. The gentleman who answered gave me the instructions to send a text w/my contact info. and my address and made sure to let me know the up-front cost of just the emergency call, which of course I agreed to pay. I had to include that I was aware of the charge and that that I was also agreeing to pay for the service and repair charges and any replacement parts should they be required which made me a little nervous bc I had no way of knowing what that be, but it's winter and any cost is worth it to get heat and hot water restored as quickly as possible! The service technician, Caesar I believe was his name, was at my place within an hour! He was very friendly and as soon as I explained my situation he was able to get the cap completely removed and immediately get my pilot light re-lit. The charge for that was less than when I still had an American Home-shield warranty only 49 as opposed to the AHS 70 deductible fee. And having someone so friendly and professional come out on a Sunday afternoon within 1 hour of my initial call is priceless and worth every penny of the 149 emergency call charge I'm sure that fee may change in the future, but that's what it was as of 1/5/2020. Does it suck having to pay extra money for a problem that I knew how to handle but couldn't finish due to screws that I just couldn't get to budge on my own? Yes. But the convenience and swift response from this company made it a much easier pill to swallow. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in an emergency situation w/the heating, cooling or plumbing issues! Very pleasant experience!

Cesar is great! He came out in less than an hour to repair a hot water pipe leak, making great effort to perform the least complicated fix to keep costs down. He's friendly, explains what he's doing, and even joined us for our water-is-shut-off-so-we're-eating-Subway dinner. Thanks for the help!

We have used this company twice now, both in more urgent situations, a power surge that wiped out our AC in the summer and a sump pump situation. They are responsive, honest and prompt. We worked with Cesar on both occasions and he was wonderful - one night staying until after 8PM to make sure our AC was restored. Excellent company and very responsive!!
