We didn't know too much about splits and what would be our best options for our project, and our salesperson, Marc, took the time to present us with a number of options and worked up quotes for all of them. Questions addressed in timely fashion by all. All right on time, professional and friendly. Great clean-up.

My thermostat and furnace were dead this morning. Since we have only lived in this home for a month, I had no clue how things worked. I left a message with Valley heating and cooling and they called me back right after the office opened. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. Bobby, the service tech, called an hour before his scheduled time and asked if he could show up early. That never happens!! He was pleasant, friendly and professional. He found the issue with the furnace, fixed it and even relabeled my panel box so we would know which circuits ran which furnace. It was the best 75 I have spent in a long time. Bobby showed me where the power switches were and helped me to understand this new-to-us-home even better. I'll definitely be calling this company in the future for any maintenance or repairs.
