| John Strickland | I went to this hardware store on a recommendation. I was truly dissatisfied and disappointed. All I needed was 1 small pipe to fix an air compressor. Not familiar with the store I asked for help. The girl didn't know so pointed to another worker. I asked where I could find the part? He looked at me, turned around and walked away. I began my search in the store. I finally found it. It was then that same fella rounded the end of the isle and said “yeah what you looking for....” I told him I'm fine. He then took the broken part out of my hand!! He found the part I needed, and I was able to make the repair. Will I be back?? What do you think. Here's the kicker. My daughter was with me. On the way home she asked “why was that man so unhelpful and cross??” My response was “he has no accountability and can act like that without anybody saying anything to him” Im done with true value. I have my own shop and am always looking for good stores to do business with. This will not be one of them. |
