Ot K | The field hydrant they replaced just two summers ago now has to be dug up and replaced. It was a totally unprofessional job without proper stabilization or even adjusting all the nuts correctly. Now I have a huge water mess around that hydrant since the pvc is obviously cracked near the elbow and have to dig it up, replace the cracked pipe section and reseat the hydrant correctly this time with the right gravel and concrete collar. A year ago I replaced a different hydrant myself since I thought surely I could do a better job - and so I did. I looked up how and did it all for maybe 75 total, including the new hydrant. So what did I pay them almost 300 for?!? Hunh. Live and learn. I do not recommend this service. And yes, I'm thoroughly ticked. |
