I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received from the first call and all of the way through to service completion. The job was done professionally and at reasonable rates. I was kept informed at every step and given options based on our situation. They use technology in an effective way to provide excellent customer service. Called Wisler to change out two toilet valves- very professional, a text told me who would be coming and included a picture, the technician arrived right on time, and he was very nice and patient with all of my questions. He assessed my toilet issues and gave me several options for repairs or replacement. I was pleased with the one toilet replacement and the repair to the second toilet. Wisler is probably not the cheapest plumbing contractor, but I would rate them high on service and quality.

Davey Mullins was AMAZING. We had an issue with the shower. Turned out to be anything but a simple fix. A previous renovation was the problem preventing the quick and easy solution. Davey spent a very long time trying to make it right. His diligence and efforts paid off. We are so very appreciative of Davey and Wisler. Not the first time we've used them and definitely will not be the last. Thank you!
