Plumbing services by A1 Pro Plumbing and sewer in Roanoke, Virginia

A 1 Pro Plumbing is the worst company I have dealt with. They were hired to correct a water leak located to my exterior water line. After days of trying to follow up with them on a start date and finally getting the job done my basement flooded the following day. Of course they were paid in full upon completion of the work. then did not pay for the damages that resulted. Instead he avoided my phone calls and my insurance company and left me without a basement for months while under construction and money lost. Please avoid them at all cost!

I came downstairs to a flood through my dining room light fixture on Saturday morning. After trying and failing to reach several different plumbers, Art was recommended to me by a friend. Art was totally awesome, he immediately picked up when I called and came right out even though it was the weekend. He got me temporarily dried out until he could come back and do a more permanent fix a couple days later. His prices are reasonable, and he does great work! Thanks so much for all your help, Art!

this person did not do the job, I paid a down payment on the job and the person didn't show up, I then called and finally got them and they gave me a new day and time that they were coming out to do the job. they still haven't shown up to do the job and I called and they wont answer and now I am out of money with no job being done at all. very unacceptable.
