Our ongoing experiences with Woodfin continue to be very positive. Super knowledgeable technicians and great responsiveness to calls. The office staff is great as well! John, who came today, spent good time fixing things and then explaining to me what her had done. He was great!

I want to recognize Nick and the rest of the Woodfin Team. When I sat down with Tripp Greene last January I had my skepticism after receiving poor service from my previous supplier. He assured me there were no hidden fees and left me feeling confident they were the one for me. Over this past year it has been very satisfying due to the superior level of customer service Woodfin provides. Nick worked tirelessly getting our fireplace back in working order. As you can see it was in pretty bad shape, especially the pilot light. However, Nick was able to get us back up in running in about an hour. I would also like to recognize the office staff who are always helpful and pleasant when I call or email them!

This was my first time using Woodfin and it was great. I love being able to call anytime and talk to a real person. They came out and delivered oil and fixed my furnace within a 2 day period. Both were super timely. Chris was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
