Laura Beale	Wayside home improvements was recommended by my home warranty company. The technician arrived and diagnosed that a dryer vent cleaning was needed they do not provide this service and that the thermostat on the dryer needed to be replaced because the dryer was running hot and the thermostat should have shut the dryer off this work they will complete. He would not call the home warranty company while at my home and instead said he would do it later. Two days later he told them that the cleaning was needed, and that was it. I tried calling him several times and left messages to give me a call back to understand why the thermostat piece was left out of the diagnosis. Overall would not suggest this company for any work.
