Paid over 4000 for a big job that was bid as pretty complicated, lots of slab demolition and then replace. This had insurance support for slab removal/replace. Okay, fine, let's get it done. Bu then the final job turned out to be much simpler. Tunneled in through wall in crawl space, not what was bid. Kitchen sink pipe was replaced into main line, kitchen plumbing was replaced. I was told they tested their work. Hours later tenants text that sink is clogged. After half an hour on hold, dispatcher says he has to check to see if technician is willing to return. Not sorry we're getting right back to fix what you paid us to fix. Hours later no word from dispatch or plumbing manager. Unacceptable Michael & Sons. We went with your bid thinking you would be worth the extra . You need to make this right ASAP!

This is my second negative review, ever. While working on a neighbor's issue, Michael and Son decided to use our yard as a workbench without our permission. When this concrete was removed it scarred our grass. When I Yelped against, I was given a dismissive reply by email. If you care about your neighbors wellbeing, don't use this company more interested in a money grab than other potential customers and a community.
