A couple years ago I called Southern Goodman for an estimate to replace a 3 ton heat and ac unit. Wyatt came to the house and was the nicest most professional man. Prior to his visit I already had two other reputable companies come and diagnose my unit. They never even opened the unit and charged a diagnostic fee. Wyatt got my unit up and running and told me what was wrong with it and only came for an estimate. He tried to save me from replacing the unit but unfortunately I had to replace it a short time later! The install team was awesome! Since then Wyatt has assisted me with my second unit and is always extremely timely, professional, and provides amazing service. So, today Nathan came to the house to service both units and did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
