Had a wonderful experience with my technician Bruce he called ahead to let me know he was in route arrived on time diagnosed my heating system reviewed my options for repair and replacement discussed the cost of each option answered all my questions. I decided repair was the best option for me he was able to get the part and make the repair the same day and for a reasonable price, not the cheapest but well worth the additional cost for the prompt courteous service I received. I would highly recommend this company for their heating and air or plumbing services

I'm a brand new homeowner, And unfortunately I inherited a house that a had a major plumbing problem. I was in my house approximately 3 weeks before I found that I had a major plumbing issue. I went through my house warranty and they sent over a plumber that attempted to get the blockage but couldn't, his exact words were, “you're gonna have to pull the toilet”. The problem was deferred to JF whitlow. Mind you, I only have one bathroom in my house, I'm renting, and we are unable to use it. I had called 2 times that day explaining that the problem is really bad, and I need it fixed today because I can't take off work another day. They assured me they were coming and they would fix the problem. They told me they would be at my house between 12-5. So I had to called Into work to take off. They came a little after 5 or around 5.They guy tells me I have no clean out on the property and that he has to go on the roof which isn't covered by the warranty company. Fine, except, He couldn't fix it. Fine. He says he has to pull the toilet, which is what the other plumber already said should happen. Fine. Then He proceeds to tell me he not only didn't have the equipment to pull the toilet, but that he didn't want to do it. Not fine. They leave without fixing the problem and leave me another night without being able to use my bathroom. And I ask myself, how does a plumbing company come out not prepared to pull a toilet? especially after I called twice telling them the gravity of the issue and a previous plumber trying to come? Very odd and very strange. Now I'm out 250 for them going on the roof, lost a whole day of work, but problem is not fixed. Fortunately, I found someone whose work was cheaper and stayed til the problem was solved! it's called Ohana plumbing & home repair. I also let him put a clean out in the property for a reasonable price. Being a brand new home owner this was a hard lesson to learn, but If you're looking for efficiency and a reasonable price this is not the company for you. Also, not very costumer service friendly. As Theresa told me she doesn't care that other companies have better prices when I told her I called around. Nor was she very sympathetic to my situation.
