At first on the phone he said he would see if he could find the problem and then come back another day to fix. However, he quickly diagnosed my toilet leak problem and offered to fix it on the spot, doing a great job. I then told him about another problem on a second toilet and he offered to look at it also. It dealt with an "inside the tank" mechanical issue which he quickly fixed for me. I was so impressed with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness that I gave him a 20 tip. He is great!! |

My shower had a steady leak, which we shut the water off to the bathroom and thought that the repair would be too costly to get fixed and would be charged an outrageous price for calling for someone to come out hopefully sooner than later. We called in around 0800 and had an appointment for the same day. Best Way Plumbing came out on time, fixed it in less than an hour, left no mess, and was perfectly priced. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs and give my highest recommendation for anyone's plumbing needs. |
