We're moving to a new home and this toilet was just a little too low for us. It's our guest bathroom and we wanted everything nice for them. Thayne was knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant. He also knew local regulations and how much clearance we needed in front of the toilet 34” in order to pass an inspection. We may not ever have or need an inspection, but if you did and didn't have that 34”, you'd have to fix it. We were grateful to know that. We felt we avoided a potential problem. Thayne quoted us a price that we expected and he's back today installing our new toilet. Who gets excited about toilets? We do!!!
