If I can give this company a 0 I would. I agree with the other reviewer. This company is the worst!! Called and they stated they will come and never showed up. A tech called and said he was running 30 min behind and will come. No surprise did not show up! The owner finally called after many voice mails I left with a lame excuse saying the tech went to wrong order first. If u don't want to make money why be in service! This is a example of a pathetic, worst unreliable business I ever seen! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay hundreds of dollars before choosing this company! Thanks a lot for wasting my time and making me miss time from work for nothing! I wish nothing but bad on this company! And yes I'm beyond mad with their poor service!!!!!!!

These guys were awesome in 2 hrs fixed my sewage blockage and A1 American spent 2 days trying to fix it and even had me call the county for no reason. Contact me if you need more info!! I thought they were too cheap for the work they did!!

Like one of the reviewers wrote, Cain said he would be out at a certain time and when I was on my way home, I called him and he said that he had an emergency job and wasn't able to come out I had to call him to find out he wasn't going to be able to make it. I called back to 10 minutes later to see if he was going to be able to come that afternoon and he hit the ignore phone call button. He never called back that night or the next day. I would say he is an unreliable business and would not recommend.
