Paul David restoration is amazing. While waiting on a roof insurance claim, the roof sprang a leak. Within 2 hours they were at my house working in the rain to get my roof patched. Oscar and his partner are incredibly friendly and highly efficient. Thank you

Multiple no show days, worst clean up ever and I have been waiting for a call back from cleaning department head Steve for months with multiple requests for him to address the cleaning job. Dirty rags left hanging on my cabinets, floor not even swept, surfaces not wiped down. I spent a minimum of 5 hours cleaning up after they told me "That's the best they could do" Cleaning crew didn't even have a broom. First painting crew they send used my furniture to stand on with their dirty grass covered shoes, didn't complete work and there was overspray everywhere. They didn't even bother to fix the fire damaged wall, just painted over it. Asked them to drop off the paint and they never did. Again I was left to clean up the mess. Second painting crew showed up and had to leave because they "didn't have paint" How's that for professional. Then when they returned to do the work were told to leave the leftover paint and took it for the second time. We still were never able to match for the touch up and will be hiring a professional to paint out of pocket. Worst experience ever. We could have taken a weekend off and coordinated with people we know if the trades and fixed all of this. I share this with contractor friends and they just shake their heads in disbelief that Paul Davis is still in business. Won't even give them one star. I will give them a 1/2 star for answering my text with well formulated lies and excuses.

It's going on 3.5 months and I still have has nothing repaired,all I get is the run-around and the sad thing is my damage could be repaired in a day to day and a half if they would just send someone to do it, I call the person handling my claim and it's nothing but excuses,I called my insurance company and they said I could try to get out of the contract but then I'd have to start over with someone else,Paul Davis out of Newmarket VA is a very poorly ran operation.
