Plumbing services by Stemmle Plumbing Repair in Midlothian, Virginia

So pleased with my service from Stemmle, and particularly technicians Josh Bowen and Mike! First, I needed a toilet repaired pretty quickly and was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. Then they arrived even a few minutes early, which was outstanding. Josh and Mike quickly assessed the situation and told me what they needed to do, and were more than happy to look at a few other issues I was having with other fixtures while I was there. They provided very reasonable quotes for doing all of the fixes, including the one I originally called about. Even with having to leave to get additional parts for the extra issues that they hadn't originally planned to work on they were in out in under 2 hours, having worked on three different fixtures. They were very nice, polite, charged me exactly what they said would, and cleaned everything up before they left. I will absolutely call Stemmle for future plumbing needs and I would be pleased to work with Josh and Mike again.

Have lived in my house for over 2 years and have had 2 sewer back ups both have occurred after hours so I couldnt use my warranty 1400 dollars in snaking between the 2 roto rotor discovered a septic tank that was not disclosed in my closing agreement. I called stemmle plumbing to have the thing cleaned drained anything only to find out it would need to be converted to the city it was the best option every technician they sent to my residence pleasant,professional,honest, and just plan nice even when I wanted to be mad and sometimes I was it cost me alot of money. My only frustration was with the work foreman and lack of communication but we cleared the air and he is GREAT guy .I want to finish off by saying we knew we needed to reseed our yard when they finished because the whole thing was destroyed but we came home and guess what they did that for us to .... Jason and Able these guys are great. They came out quickly to fix the issues we've been having for some time now. They told me exactly what was wrong and got right on it. They told me they would fix the problem and they did just that. They were both very nice guys and very clean. Thanks guys all of my issues are straighten out. I would recommend you guys to anyone I know that's having a plumbing issue. Thanks again I really appreciate you guys.
