I would not recommend this company, not necessarily for bad work, but for no wiggle room to help a repeat customer. After waiting about a week to get a response to my original service call, one of their guys calls me on a lunch break. I rush over to meet him and another worker, pay in advance 175 and tell them I must take off back to work. While they completed the requested work repairing a leak at the main cutoff/replacing galvanized pipe, they didn't secure my house before leaving. An upstairs sink was running and stopped up by some random supplies lying in the sink. This caused flooding and damage in two rooms beneath. I called multiple times the next day and the day after that, being told someone will get back with me each time. I finally get a call Monday 9/9/19 to learn they are not willing to help me with any of my repair expenses. I even told the gentleman I'd deal with the floor damage myself brand new tile if they'd just help with the ceiling repair. My primary argument is a customer's home should be found the way he left it. Right? This is a rental property and no one has been actively using water. To turn my lines on and just walk out; I feel it to be negligent. I worked with another local company Bryant's and they secured my whole home after working in one area. My mistake for switching back to Handy's and assuming the same courtesy. Again, the work seems to be fine, but I would've expected some sort of courtesy for being a repeat customer and for having to wait three days just to hear back on a major issue. I would've been satisfied with a refund so as not to effect their insurance. To only be offered a fan is an insult. These repairs are a drop in the bucket for a company, but crippling to someone doing a whole home renovation. I will note that these comments only reflect what I've been told from associates and a manager, not the actual owner. He may very well offer a better solution. - Thx

Absolutely the best people I ve ever done business with .. they had everything I needed to dig and repair my driveway from the excavator to the cement buggy's. . They were able to give me upfront pricing so there were no surprises when I returned the equipment..
