He identified the part, did not find it through their providers but nevertheless found it on Amazon, and he sent me the information for me to order it directly. Much appreciated!

Went to many 6 to be exact plumbing supply stores for an unusual adapter. After 15 minutes, only PU could find the part I needed, printed out the listing from Amazon so I could one-click order it, and did not charge me anything for the assistance. Good service and good result! Thanks!

I would highly recommend this place for their great customer service. I recently had to replace a broken shower knob, and after a couple trips to a big box hardware store, I was still unable to find a replacement which would fit by fixture. The gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable, easily identified the brand as being exclusive to a different big box hardware store, and, without being asked, even took the time to print off the part diagram with part numbers, so that I could order the correct part. If you're looking for people who know their plumbing parts, this is the place.
