Right from the beginning, the experience was excellent. I was called promptly first thing on the morning of the first business day after I left the message. The young lady I'm sorry, I forgot her name who called and took my information was professional, and especially personable and thorough. She was very patient in listening to my rather long explanation of the problem. On the scheduled day of service, I was continuously updated as to the technician's arrival time, and he showed on time. Tim was also exceptionally professional and personable. He took his time to listen to my, again, rather long description of the problem. As work progressed, Tim explained each step of the process, and the nature of the problem. He left the area clean and neat. I would recommend F H Furr to anyone.

Service technician was prompt, courteous, respectful of our home and highly professional. He took extra time to evaluate our 23 year old system and provide an honest evaluation of the longevity of the unit. It wasn't a replace or else doomsday warning, rather that the system was in very good condition and would live to serve many more days. He made a very good recommendation for an air scrubber, which we will consider after the holidays. Pleasant personality and demeanor. All experiences with this company have been outstanding.
