I feel like I defiantly got a great value for the amount I paid. I had my furnace replaced by McCarthy. The install crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up once the job was complete.

I have used this company for 13 years. They are by far the most trustworthy company and will always give you sound advice, even when it doesnt benefit them in terms of their time and financial return. They go above and beyond to correctly diagnose and solve problems and they do it in a way that makes me feel like it's a family member coming over to help me solve a problem without the added cost. They truly do care about their work and the service they provide. The seldom occasions when they might not have an answer readily, they will make it a point to grab another technician to help with finding solutions. This is by far the only company I turn to for difficult and potentially costly problems

Called McCarthy Services this morning regarding a broken shower cartridge and the plumber was at my home within 2 1/2 hrs. Tracy, who answers all calls, is very pleasant and you can almost "hear" her smile in her voice. The tech who came, Guilo M., was very pleasant, put on his booties before stepping onto the floor, and immediately diagnosed the problem along with the cost. Very thorough and informative. We've been using McCarthy for a few years now and have never been disappointed with their work and scheduling.
