This is a great company. Front office receptionist was friendly and helpful. Made sure we were aware of when Mr. Toftoy would arrive. Mr. Toftoy came out and worked on our disposal. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing as he worked. Inspected the system afterwards, as well as explained preventative maintenance tips to follow. I highly recommend Toftoy for your plumbing needs.

Mr. Toftoy installed a toilet in my Master Bedroom and did an excellent job. He is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist. He did not rush, kept apologizing for taking longer than expected. I told him not to worry because he was very thorough and I appreciate the work performed. My Home Warranty Insurance assigned him to my claim.

We unfortunately had a negative experience with the dispatcher. We were having work done on our rental property and when we uncovered the issue, I discovered that it may be under warranty we replaced it a few years ago and I asked if they might be able to hold on a moment while I checked my records. The dispatcher refused to wait a moment and actually ended up hanging up on me. When we called back to try to get the work completed the technician left. I have never had a negative experience with them before so hopefully it was just a bad day. I did not use bad language or refuse to pay. After I was hung up on my husband called back to attempt to authorize the work and pay the additional cost for the replacement, but the plumber had left. It is a shame that for a small business you treated a customer this way and lied about the issue instead of apologizing. We needed to ensure that our water heater expansion tank which had been installed recently was not under warranty. The dispatcher refused to wait a few moment for us to check our records and did not at any point offer to return another day. They demanded payment immediately to replace the unit. Tofty has already received a down payment of 125.00 charged to my account for the visit.
