An older lady literally called me a liar and that they never set my follow up appt because they NEVER make an appt for 3 PM. I asked to speak with the other employee that set my appt or a manager and she said she was the boss. She accused me of making up my own appt and time. She left me in total shock that she actually accused me of something so stupid. She said they are booked for the next couple months and also would've gave me an appt because of that reason. They were JUST at my home the week before to inspect what needed to be repaired! She talked down to me, called me a liar, and in a round about way called me an idiot. Wow. Very unprofessional
