Plumbing services by Long’s Corporation in Fairfax, Virginia

For your plumbing and heating needs Long's is 1 for me. I wouldn't use anyone else after having tried various other companies over the past 30 years. They respond quickly and don't try to sell you things you don't need. That's what I like best about Long's. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Long's was assigned to us by my parent's insurance. They were supposed to call and schedule an appointment... Took almost full day longer than they were supposed to. Called and spoke to several people at Long's, none of them could understand why they hadn't called to schedule. The girl scheduling FINALLY called more than 16 hours after they were supposed to, only to tell me that they deprioritized insurance calls and that it might take up to two weeks or more to do the job in as rude of a tone as she could muster nonetheless. This would mean that they would have been without water for the entire last half of December can you say "two weeks of sponge baths" or "microwave Christmas dinner for ten?". She cut me off when I was trying to ask reasonable questions on more than one occasion, to the point where I finally said I was taking the work to one of their competitors. Called the insurance company, was reassigned Monticello Well Services. They were out in under three hours, and work competently completed within 24 hours WITH follow-up checkups. I will never bother with Long's again and I cannot in good conscience recommend them, but they made me a loyal customer of someone else, thanks Long's!
