My wife has had two seizures in the last month. We have been going from hospitals from Pulaski County to Winston Salem and Charlottesville. Needless to say at some point between all of this our water bill was the only bill not paid. We did not recieve a voice message, a phone call for that matter, a warning letter or even a door hanger to tell us what had happened. If we would of recieved a phone call this would of been completely avoided. I work for another water provider in a different county. We do not handle things so unprofessionally it is absolutely pathetic and 100 percent disgraceful in how pathetic the entire situation was handled. Paying your employees a decent pay check and can not even notify your customer that a bill is 2 weeks late. If at all possible do not deal with town of dublin psa department dig a well.
