Had a busted pipe and didn't know it called 10 plumber and they all gave me the we can't get there until next week or mid week to and fix the issue or look at the situation I made a call to talk the receptionist and she said we get someone over there soon as possible she was nice on the phone and very professional and kept honest the other guys just gave me a hard time and didn't want to help me resolve the issue it wasn't 15 min and I received a call and they guys said I be there in 10 min an he was on time and he looked at it right instantly he said I will make sure you have water tonight. Eventho it was cold and it drizzled a few they never stopped and they was determined to make sure we had water and I like to say these guys are very professional, explained each step in a way you would understand,and most of all I think these deserve a 10 star rating an they need to be recognized for going above and beyond there call think they deserve a steak dinner and from my family to the guy's who came out I like to say thank you thank you thank you and you will always have my future business and if you need anything done give these guys a call trust me they want make you wait until Christmas to get work done

My 47th wedding anniversary started with the water heater leaking but roto rooter responded fast and replaced it and cleaned up the mess and went way beyond caring for the customer I am extremely happy .

I thought I had a plumbing emergency on my hands and called roto rooter. I received excellent service the same day from the representative who set up the appointment- to meeting with Ty and Jeff. These guys were awesome, not only did they drive a distance to get here for an evening appointment but were friendly and ready to help! They both went the extra mile to educate me on a few things as a new homeowner..would highly recommend these guys.
