However in the last month they have totally corrected all the problems I had . As a matter of fact they replaced my entire roof to make it right. I cannot say enough good things about Annalea. She has been great through it all. She handled everything like a true professional. I know at times I was pretty upset but she kept calm and now I have a beautiful roof. Va Carolina Buildings will always survive and prosper as long as Annalea is working there . She is a valuable asset to this company. I would recommend anyone who needs a metal roof to give these guys a chance . In the end they made everything right with me and I know now that they will do the right thing in the end for you or anyone else who gets a roof from them and I know if they don't Annalea will make it right for you. |
| tara miles | I would not recommend using this company for your metal roofing needs. I was given the run around for months before the installation of the roof. I didn't receive what was discussed with the seller. When I contacted the main office I was told that I actually received a “upgrade”. The communication is horrible and I wouldn't recommend due to them being a “small company “ which was told to me by a representative. |
