| Bill Stone | If you're going to use these guys, strictly use them for plumbing. I had an issue with my A/C heat pump and they recommended someone they work closely with. The guy shows up, uses his diagnostic equipment, tells me he can't detect any leaks, and fills up the unit with freon. 3 weeks and 300 later, the A/C unit is back to not working. I went by to talk with their office manager, and followed up via phone a week later, and I'm pretty much SOL. Now I've got to contract a real heating and air company to fix my unit at an additional cost. I guess what bothers me most is I've spent around 1500 with them over the last 6 months fixing plumbing issues at my house, and they are kind of "sorry your A/C is not working, but that's not really our problem, that's an issue between you and the guy we recommended." Buyer Beware. |
