I had a collapsed sewer pipe and had contacted Solutions Mechanical after getting no where with other plumbing companies including Roto Rooter . These were the most patient, awesome, professional group of people I have ever worked with. The technician Kyle, who came to assess the pipe, reassured me that they could get it fixed. The office staff Missy and Erica, kept me abreast every step of the way and they were so understandable as I went back and forth with my insurance company. It's hard to find honest, customer focused businesses these days but I would definitely recommended Solutions Mechanical in Waynesboro based on their dedication to providing great customer service. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible!
