I've been a Perry Aire customer for 3 years and have been happy with all the technicians that have been sent out, but Brad is top notch! He was super personable, knowledgeable, honest and offered great advice! He also kept me in the loop on his ETA with calls and texts, which was super helpful and allowed me to run errands close by while waiting for him to arrive. I will absolutely by name request Brad for any servicing or work that needs to be done in the future! Thanks so much Brad!!

I have lived in Fairlington Villages for over 20 years. In that time, I have used every HVAC company in town. From the ones who advertise on TV, to the operation that used to be housed in the complex. Perry Aire is, without question, the best of the bunch. Moh came to access the problem. He was friendly, clear, helpful, and honest. Brad came to do the repairs. The fist time Brad came, he did the five hour repair in the pouring rain. He had to then do one small thing to the unit inside the house, but he asked if he could come back because he was soaked and didn't want to mess up our house. The air conditioning was working fine and the last thing he had to do was not going to stop the air. He then came back and finished the job wonderfully. Susan who answers the phone is also a gem and a great professional. She was willing and able to work with my busy schedule. I will always use Perry Aire.
