Last spring - 2015 - Called Dale about possibly getting a larger heat exchanger we also have an Outdoor wood furnace instead of selling us and installing something we didn't need, he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired at a very fair cost. Happy to report after the last 2 nights of single digit temps we woke to our home being at the thermostat setting of 70F throughout the house. Last year we would be at 55-60F and would have to burn wood inside to reach 70F. Highly recommended!! |
