So far so good! Erik fixed the leak in my water heater overhead connection and thereafter inspected all areas where water is used my house. Now my water heater is running quietly and doing its work as it should. I will revisit this review periodically just to see how long my water heater connections stay good and so I can continue to say that I appreciate Walker Plumbing because they do the job and they do it right!

I live in Utah County and have a rental home in St. George. When some plumbing issues in my rental came about, I was referred to Walker Plumbing by a friend. From the first phone call to their office I knew I called the right place. The lady was so kind and helpful. She took the stress of coordinating the appointment with my renters off my plate so I didn't need to take time out of my busy day to be the middle man. They let me know when they were on their way. They called and explained the problem to me in a way I could understand and what it would take to fix it. I felt like their prices were very reasonable and they made the billing/payment process very easy. They were quick and the follow up call from their office to make sure I was satisfied was very appreciated. I can tell they place a lot of emphasis on customer service. They know what it takes to run a successful business. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had Eric from Walker come out and help us with a hot water recirculating pump for a new house. He was prompt and professional. The bid we received was a good value hawser on past experience. He was able to give us a bid and with our approval install the pump within a couple of hours. Liked that we were able to get it done quickly once the decision was made. He also was nice enough to help us with an unrelated water softener question. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them.
