They were fast and professional - two detractors, 1. They charge a little too much and 2. I had to clean up after they brought their dirty equipment in my house. Other than that, I was happy with their services. UPDATE: The worker that came over called me at the direction of his management wanting him to find out if he could have done something better for me to have given more stars - while I was a little confused as I thought a 3 star rating was fair, I appreciate their effort to make things right. Let me be clear, the worker they sent was a 5 star, the price they charge was a 2 star and the fact the equipment smelled and left a little bit of a smell and mess on my kitchen floor was a 2, which if you take the average of is a 3 rating. Now, if I were to rate the management it would be a 2 star as I guarantee because I have worked the exact same job, they do not require you to clean the equipment meticulously and the price I mentioned before is a 2 star rating. To me, I would say that the company is lucky to have this worker and he probably needs a raise because if I were just rating the management, 2 stars is not very appealing. As I mentioned though, I was overall satisfied with their work. I did find companies that would do it for about 60 where Drain Tech charged me 95 as of 1/13/2020. I chose DT because of how quickly they were able to come out.

Needed some help with a new hot water heater. The owner of the company came out and had everything installed and setup quickly and neatly. Very professional, excellent work. They didn't try to add stuff on I didn't need or tack on a bunch of extras to make more money. It's hard to find a honest contractor these days who does good quality work for a fair price.
