Well the electrical system wasn't enough for the heater and I wanted to return it but they told me I dry fired it. I've been a plumber for 20+ years in Florida and know the heater only fires/heats when water is circulated through it and they wouldn't return my sisters 200+dollars. They told me and my sister that I dry fired it so they wouldn't return it for my sisters money back. These people behind the counter do not know anything about what they sell and don't go here. I went here because I don't like Ferguson but please realize that the people at Ferguson know what and how the things they sell work.
