Our water Heater flooded 2 days before Thanksgiving and Kelly was so incredibly kind to come out to our home and help us the exact evening it happened! We called a couple plumbers but no one was willing to come out when we needed them most. Kelly was so prompt and willing to immediately attend to our needs and gave an estimate at no charge. We have used Kelly Hale of American Mechanical and Plumbing 10+ times over the past decade. Kelly is responsive and a fast worker. We have referred Kelly to others and never had a complaint. We own a rental property in additional to our primary residence, and have owned several older homes in Salt Lake City. Kelly has fixed minor leaks up to replacing a water main. We've been pleased with Kelly over the years.
