Had a real nice experience with the electrical and plumbing technicians who came for yearly contract inspections. They addressed areas of concern regarding code and made recommendations which ranged from not necessary but good to have down to simple fixes I could do myself. No pressure to buy but given the option to choose any, all, or none. Enjoyed their candid responses and pleasant explanations of noted concerns. Great service.

Buyer beware!!! These guys are crooks. My mom needed her shower control replaced. The shower had been completely torn out see picture of the state it was in and she had purchased all of the required parts for the job but needed to get someone to do the job and made the mistake of calling Neerings instead of mentioning it to her son. They proceeded to charge her 500 FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR OF WORK! Fortunately she did not have them fix her drain for the shower they quoted her for that and she refused the 750 price tag. Don't use these guys unless you are fond of being ripped off or have too much money in your bank account.

Anthony and Caleb did an excellent job installing our new furnace and left our condo spotless afterward. They were also very mindful of my baby daughter and made sure to make as little noise as possible and always warned me ahead of time so that I could be ready to comfort her. They also were knowledgeable on how to work in the space available and were able to install a door for changing the filter even though at first it looked like they couldn't because the space for the furnace was so small. I would come to this company again for service.
