Just had a new tankless water heater installed. Have been considering this for a long time and after visiting with Jordan, decided to go ahead with this addition to our home. Jordan was very informative during our initial appointment, able to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the items we were purchasing, install time and follow up availability. Jordan was also our installer. He was prompt, conscientious about his work and ultimately did a fantastic job with the install! He also looked at some other items were are considering for our home, and spent the time needed to explain our options. He seems very responsible and knowledgeable. Based on our experience with Jordan, I would HIGHLY recommend My Buddy The Plumber!!!!!

I actually haven't had a chance to finish my business with My Buddy, so this review may change. However, as a female veteran, I'm fairly used to men dismissing my electrical knowledge. But never so blatantly as by the technician Shawn. I tried explaining that I was an electrical engineer in the US Navy for 6 years but he wasn't having it. He needed to prove me right before he even came to my house! Also, I was quoted a 0 troubleshooting fee. That was it. No other price was mentioned. However, Shawn informed me it would cost 69. You need to get on the same page and maybe discuss the proper way to address customers

My Buddy the plumber is more like a 10 star company versus a 5 star. My water heater went out in the middle of the night. I made several calls to other companies looking to get someone out to my house right away. It was the middle of the night and Kara answered the phone and to my surprise it was not a answering service. She said that My Buddy is a 24/7 company and that she could have a technician out within the hour. The plumber showed up and was able to do a temporary fix. And he would come back in the morning to replace my water heater. I was really concerned because I really didn't have the money right then to pay. My technician said that my buddy does go through a company that handles the financing and that he would have someone call in the morning. To my surprise Again right at 7:00 in the morning Shellie called me to setup financing. She made it super easy and painless and was done within 5 minutes. So by the time my plumber came the financing was done and with 12 hours I had a new water heater. So if you are looking for the best service and products & employees. My Buddy is the company to call. They have my business for life.
